Welcome to the world of Freestyle Skiing! Single Moguls, Dual Moguls, Aerials, Half Pipe and Big Air are all disciplines of this exciting sport. In addition, Rails, Terrain Park and the Steep & Deep also incorporate skills of freestyle. Becoming a MWFC member means becoming a part of this exciting and adrenaline filled world!
The Mt. Washington Freestyle Club provides a fun and safe skiing experience for competent skiers 6 years old and up (provided that they meet a certain level determined by the coaching staff and the Head Coach). Certified training in all freestyle disciplines will give skiers a well rounded set of skills.
The aim of our programs is to provide each skier at each level with the necessary skills, (physical, mental and technical) to achieve their goals and dreams! We provide opportunities for skiers to experience various levels of competition as well as to enjoy being able to go out and rip all over the mountain!
We provide our skiers with the most up-to-date skills and training available with qualified coaches who have competitive backgrounds in Moguls, Big Air, Alpine Racing, Freeskiing & Skier Cross. We have a fantastic team of coaches & skiers who share a love for skiing in a fun, positive, safe & relaxed environment!
The Club has a dedicated Freestyle Site with a Mogul Course and Big Air site. This site allows all levels of Freestyle Skier to acquire new skills and have FUN in age and skill appropriate groupings – with a maximum of 10 skiers per group.
